We, the people of Kakata City, Margibi County, Liberia, residing in the United States of America, determined to further our collective growth and development, to foster harmony, unity, and togetherness in our community, to secure services for the benefit of all, do hereby ordain and establish this group named TeamKakata Association. The general purposes for which this Organization has been established to secure services for the benefit of all; socialize, promote, and support members and as well as conduct charity functions within the organization. The Organization as established is a non-for-profit organization as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
The Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501(c) (3) Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
In addition, this Organization has been formed for the purpose of performing all things incidental to, or appropriate in, the foregoing specific and primary purposes. However, the Organization shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activity or the exercise of any powers which are not in furtherance of its primary non-profit purposes.
A nonprofit organization seeking to protect and promote the interests of the Kakata community. A focus on charitable functions aimed at addressing the needs of the downtrodden segment of the community.
